The Genesis of Benchmark Home Services
In 2019, two electricians—Edward Hlavacek (Master Electrician & job foreman) and Kirill Korostelev (journeyman with broad technical range)—met on the job and kept swapping ideas to do things better: faster workflows, cleaner installs, and a smoother customer experience.
When good ideas hit a ceiling, they built a new roof.
Management didn’t share their appetite for change, so with a few hundred dollars and a lot of grit, they launched Benchmark Home Services Inc. in 2019. Their vision was to establish Benchmark as a leader in home services.
